I’m driven by a desire to produce the best possible, partner to problem solve in the most effective and efficient ways, and offer the world what I was designed to give. I have a heart for equipping and empowering all individuals to have access and opportunity to do the same.
I am a focused and deliberate professional passionate about innovation, advancing communication, and design. I have expertise in utilizing technology to design digital and print content, building efficient and productive workflows across multiple industries, and inventing systems-oriented solutions. I have 16+ years of experience collaboratively building, piloting, and implementing programs in educational settings. Within that experience, I have learned to manage intricately faceted and sensitive environments as well as groups of people with high and/or special needs. I have a deep and thorough understanding of educational and human developmental pedagogy, how to meet the needs of diverse learners, how to successfully partner with stakeholders to solve problems, and how to manage collaborative and mentor relationships with colleagues. My organized, broad-scope, and encouraging approach has proven beneficial to teams ranging from retail in fashion, tourism, and high-end dining, customer service, office management, education, and operations and business management.
